Equipment features:
1. For the same wire diameter, only one set of molds is needed, and the computer digital programming can be adjusted to make products of any shape.
2. If the product size changes, only the computer value needs to be changed accordingly. If the product size changes, there is no need to change the mold, and multiple products can be produced through programming.
3. Fully automatic production, one technician can operate more than 5 similar models.
4. The product angle length can be cut according to the product requirements. The system is equipped with an automatic wire cutting function, and debugging does not waste wire.
5. Fully automatic enameled wire straightening + paint removal + vacuuming + tinning + bending is formed in one step. No manual or secondary shaping is required, which saves time and effort. It is suitable for copper materials with a diameter of 1.0-4.0mm and hard materials with a diameter of 1.0-2.5mm.
