Equipment features:
1. Computer control system and imported servo motor are used.
2. The equipment uses crawler feeding to replace the traditional wire feeding wheel. When changing the wire diameter, there is no need to replace the wire feeding wheel.
3. Crawler feeding has automatic centering function, which is not affected by material thickness and can be used directly; at the same time, the encoder wheel control is installed, and the feeding accuracy is higher than the traditional wire feeding wheel.
4. It uses Italian customized imported synchronous belt, which is wear-resistant and easy to replace.
5. The computer has Chinese and English (optional) interfaces, simple operation, accurate positioning, and all motors can run synchronously or separately.
6. When the wireless wire is broken or wound, there is an automatic shutdown alarm function to increase the safety performance of the equipment (the equipment uses a vertical wire rack).
7. Punching, chamfering, grooving, and sawing can be added according to product requirements.
