Structural features of the fully automatic pipe bending machine:
1. Material rack: automatic material discharge
2. Straightening device: The straightening wheels are arranged crosswise on the horizontal and vertical planes to round and straighten the copper tube from two planes. Each copper tube has 2 round wheels and 12 straightening wheels, of which 1 round wheel and 4 straightening wheels are adjusted through the eccentric shaft to ensure the straightness of the large U tube.
3. Feeding device: Friction feeding is adopted, and its structural form is cylinder pressing synchronous belt feeding. Each group of synchronous belts has an independent cylinder. When feeding, the cylinder presses the synchronous belt. The upper and lower synchronous belts clamp a copper tube for friction feeding. When the feeding is almost in place, the feeding speed changes from fast to slow. The pressing cylinder on the synchronous belt changes from high pressure to low pressure, and the cylinder pressing the group loses pressure to avoid friction bending of the copper tube. The hydraulic oil motor drives the feeding, and the high and low speed hydraulic valves easily realize the working rhythm of feeding from slow speed (starting) → fast → slow speed (in place) to ensure high efficiency and workpiece quality.
4. The induction switch is used to detect the feeding in place.
5. Copper tube cutting device: The copper tube is cut by an external roller. Oil mist is sprayed during cutting for lubrication. The cutting depth of each copper tube is adjusted by the swing shaft to ensure that the copper tube cutting is synchronized and the shrinkage is less. After the cutting is completed, the feeding synchronous belt is reversed to separate the copper tube.
6. Bending device: It consists of bending clamping, bending rotation, bending die lifting and lowering. The bending rotation device is driven by the swing cylinder to rotate the bending device. The bending die is installed on a fixed plate driven by the cylinder. When the die is lowered, it can feed or unload. When the template rises, the bending die is assisted to complete the bending.
7. Unloading, core pulling, and mandrel device: The above devices are all installed on rolling guide rails. After the copper tube is bent, the active mandrel is driven by the cylinder in the clamping state of the bending die, withdraws from the bending tangent point, and then clamps and releases the material. The servo motor drives the unloading seat forward quickly through the ball screw to unload the large U tube. Connected to the movable mandrel is a connecting rod made of thick-walled cold-drawn seamless pipe. The machine is equipped with an oil mist lubricator and a distributor. The oil mist is sprayed on the inner wall of the copper pipe after the mold clamps it and bends it through the small holes on the connecting rod through the distributor to ensure the quality of the bent pipe.
8. Pipe length adjustment device: When the pipe length specification changes, it should be adjusted through the length adjustment device. The length adjustment device has the following parts:
① Bending length adjustment: used to adjust the length of the workpiece after bending. The unloading seat positioning is driven by the servo motor through the synchronous belt; the bending machine positioning is driven by the reducer to drive the lead screw nut, and the rotary encoder feedback is provided. After it is in place, it is fixed to the base by the automatic clamping device.
② Guide rack and feeder adjustment device: According to the different lengths of the pipe, the equipment is equipped with guide racks of different lengths. The feeder is driven by a cylinder, and the feeder arm is installed on a long axis. The feeder arm can slide along the long axis. Changing the distance between the feeder arms or increasing the number of feeder arms can meet the feeder requirements of workpieces of different lengths.
9. Hydraulic station
