1.Die seat hardness and mold hardness is also the key to the normal use of the equipment in the future. When the hardness of the die block is lower than Rockwell HRC60 and the hardness of the mold is lower than Rockwell HRC50, it will affect the quality of the hose buckling.

2.Measure the main parameters of the equipment: let the equipment is in the state of empty running, touch each mold block with your hand, there should be no shaking phenomenon, otherwise it is regarded as unqualified products.

3.Install the mold on the machine, buckle a sample joint, with calipers or micrometers on the buckle joint measurement, roundness and taper should be buckled within 0.1mm, it’sexcellent.

4.Check the machinemold base of the eight petals of the degree of uniformity and mold flushness. Good equipment will do special control of these two adjustments, while some low-quality equipment is not control of the above two parameters.
