Equipment features:
1. The dual-display computer control system is intuitive to operate and is controlled by a multi-channel bus.
2. The equipment consists of 35~58 servos and some pneumatic multi-station bending and forming, which can adjust the data arbitrarily according to the product size, and a single station can bend multiple corners at the same time.
3. Steel wire and plastic-coated steel wire can be bent and woven into a grid at the same time.
4. Different styles of grid products can be fully automatically produced by replacing molds.
5. The grid machine weaving part can be monitored by video.
6. The whole machine uses sheet metal packaging, is equipped with 3 safety roller shutter doors, and can be operated remotely.
